For UK orders we offer Royal Mail 24hr UK Tracked Delivery at £4.99 including VAT or Free 5-7 Day Tracked Delivery (for orders over £65.00).

Orders to the USA are sent DDP, Duty Paid and shipping typically takes 5-7 days. All duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout.

Other overseas orders typically take 7-10 working days and are sent via tracked DAP service. The buyer is responsible for Customs charges, Duties and any relevant Taxes.

If you order after 3pm Monday – Thursday your order will be shipped the next working day. If you order after 1.30pm on Friday your order will be shipped on Monday.

Sample Keychain and Suitability Checker – £4.99 24hr UK delivery (same rules as above apply) or $10 for North America orders. This shipping charge is fully refundable against a purchase of a full set of AlloyGators.

Overseas delivery can take up to 10 days to arrive; if you have been waiting longer than this then please contact us using our contact form.

We dispatch all orders on the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday – Thursday and before 1.30pm Friday. 
If you placed your order after these times they will be dispatched the following day. If you placed your order after 1.30pm on Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday.

We can amend your delivery address if you contact us with the new address before 3pm Monday – Thursday and before 1pm Friday.

If you used our Standard Delivery please note that it can take up to 10 days to arrive. AlloyGator have many distributors across the globe. If you are located in a country where we have an appointed distributor you will be referred to them to make your purchase of AlloyGators. 
If you are located in a country where we do not have a distributor we will ship to your country. 

AlloyGator™ products are shipped from the United Kingdom. Import duty, taxes and customs charges may be applied by the destination country’s authorities. These fees are assessed independently by local customs and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. AlloyGator™ does not cover, control or prepay any import charges, and orders may be held until outstanding amounts are settled.

Note: DDP, Duty Paid service applies for North American orders, therefore no import charges are payable by the customer. All duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout.

Our delivery providers will typically attempt delivery 3 times. If you are still unable to take the delivery your order will be returned back to us.
If your order gets returned to us we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery.
