If you’re having trouble with the website we’d suggest you try the following:
1. Delete your cookies
You may need to delete your cookies. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’.
2. Restart your browser
Once you’ve deleted your cookies, close and re open your browser. Head back over to alloygator.com, you should no longer have any problems.
4. Contact Us
If you’re still having problems, please contact our Customer Care Team via our contact form. Please detail as much as you can about the issue. Any screenshots or error messages will be helpful to us to resolve your problem. Also inform us what browser and device you are using and what you have tried so far to resolve it.
If you have forgotten your password, it is really easy to reset.
Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link and enter your email address.
We will email you a link to reset your password.
We are sorry to see you go. Remember your AlloyGator account is free and hosts lots of useful information about your AlloyGators such as your purchase history, fitting instructions, policies, warranties and disclaimers.
If you would still like to close your AlloyGator account you will need to get in contact with us via the contact form.
Please provide us with details of your email address and registered billing address.
We will confirm with you when your account has been deactivated.
You can make changes to your billing/shipping address, payment methods, name, password and return requests via your account page.
